League Planning - Update Web

When you have completed the League Fixtures planning, the Web databases require updating to reflect this new data. For this, you need to download the following files from the website:

ClubLeague.mdb
ClubForthcomingEvents.mdb
ClubExceptions.mdb

DOWNLOAD THE WEB DATABASES

For this process you will need to download and setup a "FTP client", I use FileZilla. It is freeware - download FileZilla Client from https://filezilla-project.org and install.

In FileZilla, open menu item "File - Site Manager".
Setup a site as per the following pictures -

The "Transfer Settings" and "Charset" tabs can be left to their default settings.

Click on "Connect"

Drag and drop the files from right to left - from the website to your computer.

UPDATE THE DATABASES FROM LEAGUE PLANNER

In League Planner, open the Season Plan.

Click on the "7 - To Web DBs"

A above - ensure you have the correct RAP database file selected. You can get the name and path from the top of League Planner's main form -

B, C and D above are the files you downloaded.
Ensure that the correct seasons are selected at A and B
Click "Process" at E.

RETURN THE DATABASES TO THE WEB SITE

The reverse of the "Download the web databases" process at the top of this page. In FileZilla this time drag the files from left to right - from your computer to the website
